Meet The Family
Let us introduce you to our family. Mark (the big guy) has been passionate about birds since he was eight years old, starting with his beloved cockatiel, Tilly. Over 30 years, kept a number of different species of companion birds, has bred African Greys and recently became a Home Inspection Officer for the UK’s largest Parrot Rescue Charity. Gemma, initially dragged into the bird world by Mark, is now fully converted and our expert in hand-feeding baby African Greys. Then there’s Rafe (the little guy), our 5-year-old superstar who absolutely adores budgies and is always eager to help, especially when it comes to ensuring the newspapers are clean every day. Last but certainly not least, meet Maverick, our resident Bronze Wing Pionus. He’s small but has a HUGE personality and is very much the center of our household. Together, we form a dedicated and loving team ready to welcome and care for your feathered friends.

We are proud partners with Birdline UK, engaging in safehousing and fostering birds that are in urgent need of new homes. It’s not just a business for us; it’s a heartfelt mission. We take immense joy in knowing that a portion of our profits is channelled directly towards the care and upkeep of birds in need.
